To remove your item you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org (please be sure to include your name, phone number and item that was sold), leave a message through our chat system, or call our office at 518-279-1181 and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you. If you ran your ad on a commission basis you will owe us a fee which you can pay by credit card, check over the phone, or we can send you a bill. (See rates for details). You can also log onto your account through our website and report your item sold. You will have the option to pay immediately for your commission ad or we can send you an invoice.
